How We Work

Two clear lanes

Oil and gas: we are the buyer. Scrap metals, grain, and iron ore: we are the broker. We do not blur the roles.

Verified counterparties only

Direct principals or a single verified mandate. No daisy chains, no anonymous stacks, no manufactured broker brands.

Settlement discipline

Petroleum: LC MT700, DLC, or SBLC only. Never T/T advance, never dip-and-pay, never upfront or registration fees. Broker lanes use bankable commercial terms suited to the product.

Transparent pricing

Petroleum against Platts / Dated Brent plus or minus a stated differential. Metals against LME / COMEX or published scrap indices. If it cannot reconcile to the market, we walk.

Oil and gas (buy-side)
ICPO  →  SCO / FCO  →  SPA  →  LC / DLC / SBLC  →  SGS  →  Loading Clean, verifiable, bank-instrument trade. No dip-and-pay. No T/T advance.
Scrap and other broker lanes
NDA / intro  →  Spec and grade confirm  →  Offer / bid match  →  PO or SPA  →  Inspection  →  Funded close  →  Broker fee ISRI grades where applicable. Price checked against liquid benchmarks. Fee due only on closed, funded deals.
